Self-Care is essential to maintaining your health in today's' world. What is self-care? Self-care is simply caring for one's self in order to live the life you want and be the person you are meant to be. has multiple dimensions including the body (physical), the heart (emotional), the spirit (spiritual), and the mind (cognitive).

Why Travel?

As passionate travelers, we believe that travel opens the mind for growth and allows an opportunity to see one's self through a different lens. Travel has become more accessible and more affordable. As more an more careers become remote and location independent, more people are finding themselves "on" at all times. At Self-care travel, we focus on the four dimensions of self-care in all domains of life including while traveling. Self-care is essential to refresh and rejuvenate the dimensions of self.
